Pink weddings can seem a little scary to some.  Some may ask, “Does this mean ruffles, glitter and sequin?”  Absolutely not–if we have anything to do with it! Lol. If they are done right, they can be so elegant and beautiful. This is why we’re going to share with you our take on this color for weddings.

Before we get to design (the fun stuff), we want to talk about keeping grooms in mind during the design process. When we are designing for a super feminine bride, we tend to worry about the groom’s presence in the look and feel of the wedding.  We want to be cautious that our Mr. still feels like this is his wedding, every bit as much as our Mrs. That being said in these instances, we put together a design board that will totally please the feminine, girly bride at heart. At the end of the day, our goal is to stay true to a modern wedding style and making sure the groom truly feels like this is his day as well.

Now for the good stuff. Lately we have been obsessed with the idea of floral installations.  This is a newer concept that focuses on the ceilings, the entry way, and the walls and corners of your venue, rather than just the tables.  You will notice that is one of the largest images in the design board, just because it is one of our main focal points in order to really bring this concept to life.

Our next focus is of course the attire.  As you know, we are completely and totally fashion obsessed wedding planners, so this is almost always the next thought in our minds when we are designing.  Check out this Gali Karten gown and the Giuseppe Zonatti heels that we thought were a perfect match for this wedding:
