Hi! I am the Owner/Founder of BTS Event Management as well as the lead designer and wedding/event planner. Born and raised in a small town in Wisconsin, I knew that my journey would not end there. I made the decision to attend the University of Arizona where my love for event coordination first originated. I began interning with a company who specialized in event management for non-profit organizations. I was fortunate enough to land a position with the company and instantly became obsessed with the wedding and event industry. Soon after, I started BTS and haven’t looked back since. This is my dream and I am proud to say that I am responsible for having it come true!
You’ll rarely see me with out lipstick, coffee or wine…(yeah super cliche, but I’m just that gal, lol). I rarely sleep and love creating cutting edge, unique wedding designs late at night. My why and reason for pursuing this awesome journey are my two crazy but beautiful kids, a whole decade apart, who keep me on my toes and never allow me to slow down enough to realize that I probably actually do need sleep every now and again.

Hey! I’m Alex – a lot of people call me by my instagram name, Allie. You can take your pick! I am BTS’s COO and Lead Wedding Planner. I am so excited to have been with BTS since 2014 because WOW, I have had the pleasure of doing some really amazing things along the way.
I moved to Phoenix in the summer of 2012 but am still a East Coaster at heart. I love food, fashion, sports and my sweet little Penelope Layne.
I am looking forward to so many more things to come in the future of BTS; we are just getting started!!
