BTS Event Management had the opportunity to coordinate a Kentucky Derby party.  We went in with all the traditional Derby bells and whistles: mint juleps, live music, a hat parade and benedictine sandwiches (among many other yummy dishes).

Guests had a blast showing off their gorgeous hats, and dancing the afternoon away.  There was plenty of amazing food and beverage to keep these guests pleased for hours. Here are some pictures of the fabulous afternoon party

Food was set out buffet style and available for guests to snack on all afternoon long.  All of the food stayed within the Derby theme for the party.

 High round cocktail tables were placed around the party and topped off with red rose centerpieces and small horse figurines.
