We are always on the look out for new and trending design elements for our weddings.  And lately we’re really loving using laser cutting in wedding decor and design.

Laser cutting has easily become one of our favorite design elements when were creating personalized details in our wedding designs. So, lets get to the nitty gritty of what laser cutting actually is. Laser cutting is the process of cutting various materials (wood and mirrors are our favorite) with a optic laser. It’s a relatively technical process, but when done right can be beautiful.

So what does laser cutting have to do with wedding design. Everything, because the wedding design ideas are endless. You can incorporate laser cutting into your wedding in so many ways, but below are a few of our favorites.

Table numbers.
Laser cut designs can make really unique table numbers and add a fun design element to your tables.

Cake toppers.
We are loving the way this looks on cakes. It adds a whole new dimension and physical height to a cake.

Place Settings
We love designing really unique dinner tables. When you use laser cutting you can make really intricate name tags or place settings.

Menu Cards.
The perfect way to let your guest know what is on the menu. We love making them out of wood and think it adds a masculine touch to any typically feminine wedding.

Wedding Invitations.
This is one of our favorite things to help brides with. There is absolutely nothing more beautiful than a laser cut wedding invitation. The amount of detail and whimsy thats created with the laser cutting is unreal.

This is a really great way to add some fun detail through out your wedding and let your wedding guests know what is going on throughout your wedding in style.
