One of the first events we planned this year was a University of Michigan Alumni dinner.  We had a blast planning and preparing for this event.  Many alumni flew from all over the country to partake in this amazing dinner that happens once a year.  Most of the attendees played softball or baseball throughout college, and some of theme were even fortunate enough to make a career out of their talents.  The event was held at the beautiful Phoenician resort in Scottsdale, AZ.  The amazing food and great music had a southwestern flare.  There was a taco bar with just about every type of taco filling and topping you could imagine.  One of the best parts was the freshly made churros.  Guests mingled, listed to music and honored some of their admirable coaches.  We, at BTS Event Management, were honored to be a part of such an amazing event!  Thanks for the opportunity:)  Here are some more pictures:
