Recently, we were invited to be a preferred vendor at the Musical Instrument Museum, Phoenix, AZ. This is a huge honor being as we were 1 of only 2 planners who were hand picked by this elite venue to be apart of their weddings and events. The MIM hosted an open house for newly engaged couples who are on the hunt for the perfect venue. BTS, alongside many other talented vendors, set up areas to show off their skills. There were tons of happy couples who came through to check out a fun night filled with live music, good food and cold beverages.
The photo above is a beautiful first dance captured by Mike Olbinski Photography of one of our very own couples who’s wedding we coordinated this past June. Take a peep at the album on BTS Event Management’s Facebook page!

“Refined woodland” is one of the many upcoming trends for the 2014 bride. Sean Parker’s extravagant wedding hosted in Big Sur, California represents a more formal version of “refined woodland” theme- check out these exclusive photos from Vanity Fair to get a better idea:
I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Modern Revival yesterday. Modern Revival is a company that rents vintage and modern furniture for weddings and other special events. Shannon is the owner of the company. She has a beautiful studio set up with everything from victorian style couches to old tins and liquor bottles. She has beautiful tables, rustic picture frames and awesome chalk boards (we all know how popular these are in weddings now days). Shannon has it all! The items are all for rent at very reasonable prices. Her business makes so much sense, especially in this day and age where we all have our pinterest boards filled with creative and detailed wedding ideas, and every bride wants the personalization of her own unique wedding, this is definitely the place to go! Here are a few great pictures from her website of some of the amazing items Shannon had to offer:
