BTS coordinated a fabulous wedding in February at DC Ranch in Scottsdale that was not only elegant and classy, but it was unique from other weddings we have coordinated in one special way: it was all about the groom! A whole area was dedicated to the groom and his groomsmen with select brandies, cigars, and candies. The groom is a huge basketball fan and even got a life-size basketball ball cake! Thanks to our friends over at Image Industry they got to capture these great photos of this groom’s spotlight.

ImageOne of the first events we planned this year was a University of Michigan Alumni dinner.  We had a blast planning and preparing for this event.  Many alumni flew from all over the country to partake in this amazing dinner that happens once a year.  Most of the attendees played softball or baseball throughout college, and some of theme were even fortunate enough to make a career out of their talents.  The event was held at the beautiful Phoenician resort in Scottsdale, AZ.  The amazing food and great music had a southwestern flare.  There was a taco bar with just about every type of taco filling and topping you could imagine.  One of the best parts was the freshly made churros.  Guests mingled, listed to music and honored some of their admirable coaches.  We, at BTS Event Management, were honored to be a part of such an amazing event!  Thanks for the opportunity:)  Here are some more pictures:

This September, BTS Event Management, along with a few other amazing event industry professionals organized an awesome event for WENWEN is a wedding networking group that meets once a month and allows people in the wedding and event industry to get to know one another on a more personal level and build relationships.  This is important because it takes a large team of talented people to create the wedding of your dreams, so knowing each other’s strengths and talents allows us to collaborate on the highest level.  When we designed the event, we wanted to go with a fall theme.  In Arizona, the heat doesn’t allow for a whole lot of weddings or events to take place in the summer, but once it starts to cool off,  our season begins and we are working at full speed.  The WEN event was hosted at the beautiful Scottsdale Resort and Conference Center.  We titled the event, Fall Back into the Season.  I would like to share some pictures of this evening:)
