NYBFW Recap: Hermione De Paula Spring 2019 Collection

As I’m sure you’ve seen on our social media, this past weekend, we’ve experienced major New York Bridal Fashion Week FOMO (fear of missing out). Although we always attend NYBFW during the Fall, we can’t help but want to be part of the festivities in April for the Spring collections. They’re all absolutely gorgeous.

Today we’re recapping the Hermione De Paula Spring 2019 bridal and evening wear collection, ‘Abeona’s Garden’. We promise, you’ll love it as much as we do.

The ‘Abeona’s Garden’ collection is inspired by the Roman goddess, Abeona. She is the protector of travelers starting out on new journeys, children as they take their first steps and everyone who embraces the opportunity to explore the unknown. Take a look at some of these to-die-for gowns and see how the floral prints intertwine with exquisite embroidery. These gowns scream Spring. Make sure to let us know in the comments which one is your favorite.

Picture cobblestone bricks, florals, greenery, and breathtaking gowns right in the heart of New York City. The setting went perfectly with the theme–a Sicilian love story.

On day two, we attended the Anne Barge show. The Anne Barge Fall 2018 collection is an interpretation of nature’s midnight garden. An escape into fanciful garden that inspires all things feminine – a delicate tracery of ribbons and bows, a whisper of pink, dreamy layers of floral lace.

So it’s important to us that we stay up to date on the bridal trends.  In return, we keep our readers and brides up to date as well. That being said and for the next week, we’ll be sharing with you a recap and our top three gowns from each show we attended. First up, Maria Farbinni!
