Oh my goodness! Let me tell you about the absolute best bachlorete weekend ever. So, as girls will be girls and running a million different schedules, I wasn’t actually able to have my bachelorette party until 2 weeks before the wedding. There has just been so much going on! But to tell you the truth, I think I would rather have had it closer to the wedding day than further out because of how much fun I was able to have. I would have to admit, I have been super crazy stressed and busy and have been thinking about a million and one different things and the fact that I was able to just let everything go and not worry about one single thing, 2 weeks before the wedding – it was a blessing!

Last Sunday we had such a great time at the Phoenix Bridal Show at the Hotel Sheraton in downtown Phoenix. It was our very first experience as a vendor in this show, however, we really enjoyed seeing all of the excited brides-to-be with all of their bridesmaids, parents and fiancés. Over 500 brides-to-be crowded into the ballroom space where they came to meet with vendors from all across the industry. There were travel agents, DJs, caterers, bakers, florists, dress/clothing retailers, wedding planners and many many more. We were so lucky because we were surrounded by all of our friends in the industry! We were next to Tina with Pixy Cakes, who makes some of the best tasting and looking cakes and desserts in the valley, across from Julie with JuJu’s Tutus, who custom creates flower girl dresses and accessories, and down the aisle from Dave with Pour Masters, our favorite industry bar tending service, and Eric with Got You Covered, who has a team of super talented DJs that always put on an amazing show for every wedding.
Erica and David are a couple who we had worked with for over a whole year helping to plan their wedding. They came to us with three things that were important to them: food, drinks and music. As far as wedding design and decor, they didn’t have too much in mind at all. Erica, the bride, was sweet and soft spoken. She didn’t have many requests throughout our time working together and was always as laid back as a person could possibly be. The groom, David, really took the lead on the wedding planning details. He created a pinterest board, along with spreadsheets for the guest list and meal choices, and he was always extremely organized and responsive. The two of them really compliment each other well and bring out the best in each other and it certainly was evident on their wedding day!
Hey there!
Our 2015 wedding season is right around the corner and we are so thrilled to have a busy, busy fall. Make sure you stay tuned for more details about each dream come true, fairy tale event. In the meantime, here is a quick flashback at the great summer that BTS Event Management has had thus far!
Going dress shopping is always fun and exciting, right? Well, yes! But of course it can be super stressful as well. Dress designs, styles, shapes, colors, etc. are limitless and you can try on as many dresses as humanly possible. For me, trying on dresses was very exciting however, I didn’t go into it limiting myself to anything in particular. Naturally, I knew what I felt I would like best, and I also knew what I felt I wouldn’t like at all but, like the shows, planners and stylists say – more times than not, a bride goes into trying on dresses with one thing in mind and ends up loving the complete opposite!
