Being a wedding planner in Scottsdale, AZ, we often service couples from all over the country and world. Scottsdale always makes the top ten wedding destination location list because of it’s unique desert landscape, incredible mountain views, and very comfortable weather for about 9 months out of the year. We love working with couples from out of town, when they are planning their weddings out here, but we also really love when we get to work in other parts of the country and world as destination wedding planners. Recently we coordinated and designed a wedding in Hawaii and we have been dying to tell you all about it!

Most of the time when we are hired to plan a couple’s wedding, they have an idea of what they want their wedding to look like. Sometimes, these idea’s are super specific, with awesome Pinterest boards that have most definitely been in the works longer than the engagement (it’s ok, we’ll never tell), and other times, we just get a couple great inspo pics and maybe some color swatches to kick things off. Either way, whatever our couples start with, we are always excited to start on a new wedding design project.

Slice of Pie: Silverleaf, Scottsdale AZ

Danielle and David were the bride and groom for this stunning wedding, which took place at Silverleaf Country Club. This couple resides in California and planned their destination wedding right here in sunny Scottsdale, AZ. This couple is extremely educated, accomplished, and well rounded. They knew exactly what they wanted and had a very organized budget created prior to hiring us. We were so impressed! When Danielle described the wedding of her dreams, she was able to clearly paint us the picture of what the day looked like. She wanted a rustic, but elegant wedding and I think we were able to put together just that for her! We used Flower Bar for the floral design, La Tavola linens, Piefection for the super yummy pies, and Mike Olbinski was the photographer who captured every great detail of the day!
